Kindred delivers via Dawn Wing (South Africa) and DHL Express (rest of the world). All orders are processed and produced within 2 working days; however, during sales, orders might be delayed due to the extra amount of orders being filled out.

Kindred will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by courier delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Product prices will always be visible on the package insert for tax reasons on all international orders.

Once orders are sent, they can’t be cancelled and changing your delivery address will no longer be possible. Please ensure to fill out the correct address when checking out.
