Kindred will accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your purchase. You require a valid receipt to initiate the return. Please email hello@kindredprints.com to initiate the returns process. Pending inspection, a refund, store credit or exchange will be processed, and you will be contacted by email.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To return an item, courier it to the address supplied in the initiation email. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to refund, credit or exchange your purchase. Prints must be placed back in their original packaging along with any corresponding tags. All items are subject to inspection.
