Returns
To initiate a return or an exchange, please email us to start the process.
We currently allow returns and exchanges within 7 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping will be paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Exchanges can be made for a different print or paper size. If you would like to exchange your print, we will issue you with a gift voucher to place a new order for your preferred print.
Returns are processed within 3-5 working days of arriving at our studio. This period may be longer during peak periods.
If we determine that any prints are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
